Applies To: Information Worker for SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and Cloud
PDF Share Forms offers various workflow actions for default SharePoint 2013 and 2010 platforms to help users building more complicated processes for their user flows. In order to start using 2013 platform actions, workflow feature must be activated on a workspace site collection.
NOTE: in case of Cloud installation, first it requires to activate site level Workflow solution PDFSF.CloudWorkflowActions.wsp:
Step 1. Download workflow solution from Workflow actions section of Admin Overview panel in PDFSF Cloud Dashboard
Step 2. Go to the site collection where you want to install workflow action
Step 3. Go to Site Settings → Solutions
Step 4. Click Upload solution
Step 5. Click Choose File, select workflow package file downloaded earlier
Step 6. After it is uploaded, click Activate solution
Workflow feature activation
In order to activate PDF Share Forms workflow actions click on wheel icon in your SharePoint site collection → Site settings
Click Site collection features
Enable PDFShareForms IW Workflow 2013 Actions
NOTE:
- In case of Cloud installation, feature name will be following: PDFShareForms 2013 Cloud Workflow Actions and it is located in Site Features instead of Site collections features.
- For SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 this feature can be activated only if SharePoint 2013 workflow is configured.
