Uninstalling PDF Share Forms Information Worker using Setup wizard

Applies To: Information Worker for SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and Cloud

This article describes how to uninstall all PDF Share Form Information Worker components using Setup wizard.

Step 1. Start PDF Share Forms Information Worker Setup wizard

Click Next

Step 2. Select Uninstall operation

Click Next

Step 3. Setup Wizard checks the System if solution is installed

Click Next once the verification is complete.

Step 4. Select solutions to uninstall (both in this example)

Click Next.

Step 5. Confirm uninstall operation

Click OK.

Step 6. The next step validates that the solution is present in the installer and can be uninstalled

If no errors are displayed, click Next.

Step 7. Uninstalling of PDF Share Forms Information Worker

Step 8. PDF Share Form Information worker uninstalling completed

Click Next.

Step 9. Uninstall of PDF Gateway component. Select components to delete: site and application pool

Click Next.

Step 10. Gateway removing completed

Click Next.

Step 11. PDF Share Forms Information Worker uninstall completed

Click Close.

These steps uninstall all PDF Share Forms Information Worker components.

NOTE: Currently Setup wizard does not delete configuration site (SharePoint site (or several sites) that was created to store Information Worker configurations). It can be deleted manually as any other SharePoint site.
